We will arrange for one of our volunteers to interview the victim. We believe that a face-to-face interview is necessary to gather complete and accurate information. Please note that because these attacks are so frequent and widespread, we must focus our energies only on attacks that have occurred recently (in the past three months). Also, because we are based in Moscow, we are not able to gather detailed information about attacks in other parts of Russia. Nevertheless, if you live in another part of Russia, we would be interested in learning about the climate of race relations in your city.
